One of the nicest tours we have in our files. The GPS leads you through the Sierra de la Nievas via El Burgo to Ronda. You will pass some of the typical white villages that lie hidden in the mountains around Ronda.
Grazalema a place in the Serriana de Grazalema, a beautiful white village to stand still with the motorbikes and enjoy a nice lunch. The department to Zahara de la Sierra is one you will never forget but you will experience that for yourself.
The reservoirs of Ardales and El Chorro with its king's path through the gorge have made a great impression on us. Behind this “Chorro” gorge are large reservoirs and water basins that supply the coast with water. A system of canals and aqueducts that provide a constant supply of water to the stations on the coast.
The second part of the route goes to the El Torcal located south of Antequera, El Torcal is a unique area in Andalusia. The impressive landscape of the nature park is formed by the limestone rock formations that accommodate millions of structures, formed by the gradual erosion of huge limestone blocks.
One of the surprising aspects of areas such as the Costa del Sol is that untouched nature reserves are located a few kilometers from the busy city. An example is the "Montes de Malaga" Natural Park, which is five kilometers north of the city. In this area you will find many white villages that have remained fairly authentic and where life seems to stand still. Take the time to enjoy this peaceful life for a cup of coffee and or an afternoon meal.
